- Billing information: credit card details and billing address (processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers)
- Business content: marketing copy, campaign assets, social media content, brand guidelines, and other materials you upload or create within Moxie
- Communications: messages to our support team, feedback, and survey responses
- Agency client data: information provided in the context of managed marketing services, including business goals, target audiences, and campaign performance data
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, and interactions within the Platform
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers

3.1 To Provide and Operate the Platform

- Send marketing communications where permitted and with appropriate consent
3.4 For Safety, Security, and Legal Compliance

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with our legal obligations:
- Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 3 years after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law
- Billing records are retained for 7 years in accordance with financial recordkeeping requirements
- Usage logs are retained for 24 months in identifiable form, after which they may be retained in aggregated, de-identified form
- Agency client data is retained per the terms of the applicable service agreement
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Section 8 — Your Rights and Choices).

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform.

- Customer records information: billing address, payment method details (tokenized via Stripe)
- Commercial information: products or services purchased, subscription tier, transaction history
- Internet or electronic network activity: Platform usage data, log data, cookies
- Geolocation data: approximate location inferred from IP address
- Professional or employment-related information: business name, job title, industry
- Inferences: user preferences and usage patterns to personalize the experience
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
